Church Bay Estate has a small grove of 150 olive trees. Waiheke’s unique micro-climate of long, dry, hot summers are perfect conditions for ripening olives. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is hand-picked at the end of summer to ensure the optimum level of ripeness which delivers an Extra Virgin Olive Oil boasting delicious aroma’s of summer with slight peppery undertones.
